  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., new product releases, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (for orders placed before the cutoff time)

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: International shipping times may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Domestic Orders: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • International Orders: Once a package leaves the United States, we are no longer responsible for any issues that arise, including lost or delayed shipments. Please check with your local postal carrier for more information.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
